How to Return an Item
If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase or if you ordered the wrong size or color, you have the option to return any unworn items in their original condition within 28 days of receiving your order in order to obtain a refund. It’s important to note that this return policy does not affect your rights to return faulty items.
Returning your items is a simple process, and here’s how you can do it:
Use the returns note enclosed in your parcel. It’s located on the right side of your delivery note. Complete the returns note and tear it off, then include it in your package. This information is crucial for us to process your refund efficiently.
You can track the progress of your return by using the tracking number provided on your Smart Label.
Refunds Information
Your refund will be automatically processed back to the original method of payment used for your order. The exact time it takes for the refund to be reflected in your account depends on the payment provider and their processing times.
After completing the refund process, you can expect to receive a confirmation email notifying you that the item has been successfully refunded. It is important to keep an eye on your email inbox for this notification. In the meantime, if you made the payment using a card, it is advisable to review your bank statement starting from the date of the initial order. This is because the refund transaction may appear on your statement with the same date as the original order.
